Born in 1973, Erwan Boulloud graduated from the prestigious École Boulle in Paris where he mastered his craft.

In 2003, he fully dedicated himself to his own creative practice, crafting pieces that merge art, science, and material exploration. His philosophy is rooted in a Darwinian approach – each creation evolves, adapts, and transforms, forming unique lineages that transcend time and trends.

Fascinated by natural elements – stones, fossils, corals, meteorites, and insects – he fuses traditional and contemporary styles, nature and craft. His work is a true celebration of materiality, where wood, metal, stone, and glass are meticulously burned, polished, stripped, and reassembled to reveal their hidden depths. Each one of his pieces carries a narrative, unfolding through textures, structures, and movement, blurring the lines between the animate and inanimate.

His unique sculptural furniture has earned him prestigious accolades and is sought after by collectors, architects and design enthusiasts worldwide.

He collaborated with renowned designers and institutions such as the Louvre, the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), and the Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle. His work has been showcased in leading galleries and international exhibitions, such as the Venice Biennale, solidifying his reputation as a visionary creator of singular, transformative objects.

Erwan Boulloud’s creations are more than just objects—they are living narratives, infused with movement, depth, and emotion.

Discover his world, where craftsmanship meets art, and immerse yourself in a universe where each piece tells a story of evolution, reinvention, and timeless beauty.
